Samantha's pram question

does any one else have Samantha's pram....I have had one for two years...only used it in display...they other day I was moving some stuff around and the front wheel fell off....I found the pin that went through it and put it back on...but it seemed something was missing....I called AG and they said they would send me another one....when I recieved it ....it was the same way....the front wheel is held on by the same kind of pin....it pulls out....nothing holding on the opposite side...does this make sense....now what do I do.....is it suppose to be like this?

I have one of the older style ones, where they used thicker wood with paint that is less enamel-like (or lacquered) than the paint on the newer prams. It also has a pin through the front wheel like you describe, but it's stuck in there so tightly that I can't pull it out.

I ordered the pram a few weeks ago and mine has a very tight pin in the front wheel. I don't think I could pull it out if I tried. It is so tight that the front wheel squeaks when it goes around. Samantha sure won't be able to sneak up on anyone with this. [img]smile.gif[/img]

wow now I have two prams with removable wheels....I guess it is supposed to be like that. Shoddy workmanship....

Mary Carly....you are probably right....you must remember that when your Samantha is out walking her babies....tell her to grab that front wheel and dont forget the baby and run like the wind....lol.............I can tell what you are doing today............lol

oh no! Not another one?! You need to talk to Nellie Girl. A wheel fell off her old pram too and AG doesn't sell replacement wheels. A nice board member send her a beat up old pram for donor parts and Nellie Girl took the pram to a hobby shop to have it fixed. Good luck!

You know like bikes with removable wheels you can take with you so they won't be stolen.
